You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Retinex Media is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content generated by Retinex Media’s AI models is for informational and creative assistance only. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, legal compliance, or platform-specific guidelines adherence (such as YouTube’s monetization policies, copyright rules, or advertiser guidelines). You remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring that any generated content complies with YouTube’s policies, copyright laws, and community standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary materials, algorithms, software, trademarks, logos, and branding displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of Retinex Media. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, distributing, or sublicensing any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Retinex Media operates on a subscription-based model. All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement or required by law. Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle. You are responsible for managing your subscription and billing preferences.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Scraping, harvesting, or attempting to extract data from the Platform or its APIs without written permission.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform.
• Generating content that violates YouTube’s policies, copyright laws, or third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

Retinex Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on generated content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Retinex Media, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

Retinex Media reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
