Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing
Retinex Media operates on a subscription-based model. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.
2. No Partial Refunds
We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, downgrades, or unused features.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider a refund request if there is clear evidence of system malfunction, billing errors caused by us, or other extenuating circumstances. Such requests will be reviewed individually and our decision will be final.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
